Second Course

  • Vampire’s Delight Salad, a mix of spinach and watercress tossed with garlic-infused olive oil, cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella

Third Course

  • Reverse sear top sirloin with purple potato puree and grilled asparagus

Fourth Course

  • Lava Cake served with chocolate ganache and spun sugar

Description

Join us before selected evening performances of Dracula for a special wine pairing dinner, including a short sneak peek at the production from Joanie Schultz, co-director of Dracula and Playhouse Associate Artistic Director. This is a social dining experience at shared tables for four. Tickets to the performance are not included in the wine pairing dinner price and must be purchased separately.
