Ahoy, mateys! Before you set sail with the Playhouse’s production of Treasure Island, get your sea legs and learn the finer points of swashbuckling. In this one-hour, multigenerational workshop, kids and parents (or grandparents!) alike will learn how to walk, talk and fight like a pirate by using a combination of stage combat and acting techniques. Pirate Training Workshops take place before 4 p.m. Saturday matinee performances. Cost does not include a ticket to the show and parking is sold separately. A parent or guardian may join their child for the workshop, but an adult is not necessary for kids to participate. Space is limited so reserve now or WALK THE PLANK!
