Wine Pairing Dinner

Join us before Friday evening performances of Shakespeare in Love for a special four-flight wine tasting accompanied by a four-course meal. Dinner will begin promptly at 6:30pm.

First Course: Whitehaven Sauvignon Blanc Marlborough NZ accompanied by a roasted garlic spinach dip served with a vegetable crudite'.

Second Course: William Hill Pinot Noir Central Coast CA served alongside a blue cheese, bacon & scallion torta served with fruit, medjool dates; a mixed green salad with feta, dried cranberries, Marcona almonds and a citrus vinaigrette; focaccia.

Third Pairing: Orin Swift Abstract Napa Valley CA featuring a seared beef tenderloin on a sea salt dollar roll with fresh horseradish and olive pickel garnish; salted creamer potatoes with Dijon; roasted zucchini; pasta with frsh basil, olive oil and feta.

Final Course: LaMarca Prosecco Italy with bite size desserts and Callebaut chocolate chip cookies.
